1. The store

Feed After Midnight sells apparel and accessories produced on demand through a third-party print network. Product images are representative; slight variation in color and placement is normal for made-to-order goods.

2. Orders & pricing

• All prices are listed in US dollars and exclude taxes and shipping unless stated.
• An order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, on pricing errors or suspected fraud) and will refund any amount charged.
• Because items are printed to order, production typically takes 2–5 business days before dispatch.

3. Payment

Payments are handled securely by Stripe. By submitting a payment you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method.

4. Shipping

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier. Import duties or taxes, where applicable, are your responsibility.

5. Returns

Made-to-order items are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery for store credit, provided they are unworn and in original condition. Misprinted, damaged, or defective items are replaced at no cost. See our full policy on the returns page.

6. Intellectual property

All designs, graphics, logos, and content are owned by Feed After Midnight and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the store, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Feed After Midnight is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the store. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [your jurisdiction], and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
