1. Production time
Nothing sits pre-made on a shelf. Once you order, your piece goes into the print queue and takes 2–5 business days to produce before it ships. Drops and multi-item orders can land at the longer end — we'd rather tell you straight than promise overnight and miss it.
2. Dispatch & carriers
Once production is done, your order is handed to our print network's nearest facility and shipped via regional carriers (USPS, UPS, national postal services outside the US) — whichever gets it to you fastest from that location. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment it moves.
3. Free shipping
Orders $75 and over ship free anywhere we deliver. Under that, a flat rate applies based on your destination: $5.95 within the US and $12.95 to Canada and Mexico, however many items are in your bag. You'll see the exact amount in your bag before you check out.
4. Delivery estimates
- US: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- Canada & Mexico: 5–14 business days after dispatch, depending on customs.
These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Once a package leaves our hands, delays are on the carrier — but we'll help you chase it down if tracking goes quiet.
5. Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Mexico only. If your country isn't on that list yet, tell us — demand is how we decide where to open up next.
For orders to Canada and Mexico, import duties and taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total. Customs processing can add time on top of the transit estimates above.
6. Tracking & delivery issues
Every order ships with tracking. If a package shows delivered but never arrived, or tracking has stalled for more than a few days, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
7. Multiple items
Orders with items from different product types may ship in separate packages as each is produced and dispatched independently. You'll get a tracking link for each shipment.
